Official 1010music Discord Server

There is an active community of users in our product specific channels on the 1010music Official Discord Server.  Someone may have already asked your question and gotten an answer out there. If not, you can post it yourself.  Our support team monitors discord to answer questions that don’t get addressed by the community. The Discord Server is also the place to download beta firmware in addition to official firmware releases and documentation.
